Floor plansuch a fun place to live!! everyone who lives at glenwood is so friendly + social. the apartments are nice + clean + furnished. and the courtyard might be my favorite thing about this complex! there’s a large pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, corn hole, pickleball + lots of grass! i love how there’s so much to do in the summer. the only thing i wish was different is the fact that there are no in unit washers + dryers.
Maintenance responded super quickly however they would leave a mess when doing any repairs that involved painting/cutting into the walls or ceiling. The courtyard is super nice and pool and hot tub; however, I swear they are constantly fixing the hot tub. Socially it is a toss up I think it depends on what ward you are in. Most apartments have 2 fridges which is also super nice. Management is okay but not the best.
