I initially moved into Sparks because the management had good reviews, and I had serious problems with management where I lived previously. I chose to remain anonymous for this review because I'm a current resident, and management has been AWFUL. There are too many horror stories I've heard for me to share, but hopefully, others will spotlight their own experiences.

I really enjoy living at Bountiful Court for two reasons; I think the location is amazing and the other tenants are all great people. It isn't the nicest place (old and worn down) but if you take care of it, it definitely isn't a bad place to live. Everyone is friendly and down to earth which is really nice and the sense of community is a great benefit. It's just a short walk from BYU, the Provo City Center Temple, and the bus stop which makes it fantastically located for college students.

Looking for a safe, cheap place? This is the place (tm). Old like the Riviera but not contracted, its decent, but there are a lot of nickel and dime fees. Management is heavy handed on inspections and fines, but don't actually take care of maintenance issues often so its a bit too faced. The application process and guarantee are a bit ridiculous, especially for what it is.

The ward is wonderful, I love living here. The only con I've had is that the wifi is pretty bad and it's not free.

Location is prime! absolutley great! Parking is a little tight, so big cars have trouble, but there are almost always open spots. Management is very helpful and honestly I haven't needed or heard from them that much, so its peaceful. The single bedrooms have a good amount of space for the price you're paying. Small complex though, so social life isn't all that.

Great community feel. More of a younger crowd. Apartments are in generally good condition. Maintenance and management are slow to get things done. A bit overpriced for what you are getting. Very social. Lots of fun activities.

It's a nice place with good people. The place is a little old and sometimes needs a bit of upkeep, so make sure you know how to get maintenance requests sent in.
