  Included covered parking and in unit laundry is super nice, and super social neighbors and complex. Super close to BYU campus, definitely recommend

  Honestly, the place was overpriced for what it was. It was really small, and the rooms were so tiny. The washer and dryer were terrible, and the kitchen was so small. Aspen Ridge was the management company, and they are the worst. They charged my roommates and me a bunch of cleaning fees after we moved out even though we left the apartment better than when we found it. I liked the ward-it was a bit older. But I don't recommend living here.
