Update 3/1/2026: They have hidden my reviews but will not answer to my emails or phone calls. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. The management is so incompetent, they've change out before a year can be completed. THERE IS NO PARKING so people park in front of the trash bins, block the garbage truck, so the trash keeps piling and piling. Disgusting. At night there are two loiterers that just stand there for hours being absolutely creepy. The walls are so thin, which means you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors and any wall you share. Had to call the police to deal with a neighbor that would not shut up from 10PM to 4AM!!! When you complain to management, they are actually so useless and make you go in circles saying they cant do anything. which is no fault on there own due to how UNQUALIFIED these people are. Last year when i renewed my lease (months before my contract ended) for convenience, they ghosted me for 3 months after confirming which unit i was in. Time comes and I actually get charged month to month. I called and emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and they dont answer. The text number they have listed also has their read receipts on, so you know they were seen. IT TOOK ME DAYS TO REMEMBER WHERE I HAD DROPPED OFF MY CHECK when they switched management to get in touch with these people. They'll promise you they'll get it done but nothing happens. I told them about the emails and phone calls; why do they list a phone number that doesn't work? - took them weeks to fix this. I don't bother them for about 2 weeks because they told me they would fix my account, but then the management stuck an EVICTION NOTICE on my door saying it was the THIRD warning. I never even got the first two!! Closer inspection of the letter, Norbelis had the wrong apartment complex information attached to the note, but the account and billing was all correct (ive kept every document they've ever stuck on my door) ... I drove to her office at Cherry Hill Apartments and demanded to speak to her.. but front desk said she was sick... AGAIN. Ma'am she was not sick to stick this notice on my door. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. However, the unit was alright if you don't think about how thin the walls are. You will hear emergency sirens everyday for the next year of your life here at all hours of the day. If you can, AVOID THIS PLACE. rent anywhere else!! But if you are so unlucky, I highly suggest those who end up choosing a unit here to request one that does not have a couple renting a unit near by - enough said about that. Update. (Literally not even 24 hours later) Tenants of this building are also BAD DRIVERS and hit parked cars. Update: 2/23/2025 New manager is never present in the leasing office even though he posted the hours they should be open on the door. Never got a call from management. Cherry Hill apartments where the old leasing office was located is now called Arden Place and under new management. You will never hear from these people ever again if you sign here. DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE.

Parking here is terrible! You pay $40 for no spots available. People that don’t live here park in our spots. There’s no action taken.. People smoke weed and drink in the parking lot and leave there alcohol cans laying around. Some people don’t even pick up after their own animals. Also, someone that parked next to me, hit my car. I’ve brought it up to the leasing office, and they told me that there’s nothing they can do and I should park in a different spot. Like that’s so not cool… plus when you give them a money order for rent or utilities they take forever to post it on your account and then you get hit with late fees because of it. Make sure you’re on top of that. Also, keep a copy of your rental agreement. Because we signed a renewal a few weeks back and when I checked our portal they were charging us $1350 for rent, when our renewal said $1250. They tried to charge us an extra $100. Make sure you keep everything. I get it people make mistakes, but the management here needs to do a better job at taking care of their tenants that live here. It’s a nice place to live, just please do better
