Summer Pointe has been a bad experience for me. There's only one frontal A/C unit, and ours didn't even blow cool air, making summer miserable. I woke up to a parking boot one morning because I was never informed regarding the vehicle registration process. We had insects on occasion, and I had to spend my entire first week cleaning the place since there were no meaningful cleaning inspections and my roommates were slobs.
- Great location
- Poor management
- Would not live here again

Good location, but a bit overpriced.
- Good roommate matching
- Great location
- Overpriced

It’s a chill spot with minimal complaints. Parking is expensive but the street tends to be available, maintenance is inconsistent in timing but does a good job when they come. Cleaning checks are not overbearing. Management is usually willing to work with you
- Good maintenance
- Transparent pricing

Summer Pointe is a great place with good people! The management is always very helpful and timely.
- Best in town
- 10/10 would recommend
- Worth the money

This has been a good place to live! Rent is well set compared to other places near the university. Roads nearby are mostly safe, just be careful (as you would anywhere).
- Transparent pricing
- Good maintenance

I loved my time at Summerpointe. I was super pleased with how much value I got for how little I was spending. Rent + utilities is a fraction of what it is at other comparable Provo housing. The amenities like the fitness center and laundry are in great condition and I regularly worked out and did laundry there. The management was by far the easiest I have ever worked with. I knew the management by name and they communicated directly with me via text when I had questions, concerns, or maintenance requests. They don’t try and squeeze every cent out of you with random fees like so many other leasing companies in Provo, and my appreciation for that cannot be overstated.

Very nice apartment with big rooms and lots of storage space. Plenty of parking. Management is pretty much about the same as everywhere else. Good price for what you get.

The apartment is good for the price that you’re paying. For the Summerpointe property, the lack of a nearby washer and dryer (the complex home being blocks away), lack of supplied vacuums, and insufficient parking on some of the turnoffs. The apartment is well kept with good room and it looks nice.
- Safe
- Poor management
- Nothing to write home about

Besides not having laundry in the same complex (it’s offered down the street behind the library) I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my apartment space, and the quick responses to concerns about wifi and maintenance have been relatively quick.

Terrible, expensive facility for too few benefits. Sure the apartments are nice, but the parking for is often dirty, dumpsters occasionally overflow, leaves are cleaned infrequently.
Closest washer/dryer is a laundromat one block away.
One wall mounted AC unit, hardly touches the bedrooms in the summer. Heating is good.
Bathroom in miniscule. Terrible paint job, spackle is still showing, obvious water damage, sealant around the tub is atrocious.

Very nice place to live, wish there was laundry machines in the building, but other than that, it’s a good building for a decent price

Management is slow to fix issues. Some issues never got fixed. Poor communication when I submitted maintenance requests and they were marked as “completed” when no work was done
- Safe
- Inconvinient location

Summer Pointe is a pretty good place to live, there is a lot of closet space, sizable kitchen, good location. My only complaints are the bathroom is pretty small and the showerhead is a bit low, the TV sometimes has trouble processing, and the only AC is a window-mounted unit so the summer can be a little hot.

I think for the price I’m paying ($391 for everything including parking pass), this apartment is pretty darn good. There are no amenities in the complex I live in, but I’ve used the amenities at the sister properties (campus way and campus edge.) overall I feel like it’s a pretty standard living condition, especially for a first semester freshman
