My experience at UAC has been solid. I wouldn’t say I enjoy it, but I wouldn’t say it’s a bad spot. It’s a 10 min walk to BYU campus, right next to a bus stop, and has plenty of parking. However the walls are very thin, and management is not the best. They have under qualified people trying to fix your problems, problems I could fix myself 10 times better. Also, no social amenities, so that is unfortunate if you are interested in meeting new people.

Not worth it. It has some nice perks but I didn’t feel safe here. The fire alarms had lots of issues and would go off randomly. I reported homeless people taking Amazon packages and hanging out in the parking garage and management didn’t care. Then my car was broken into. It’s not worth the issues for the price. I lived here for 3 years, so I have a lot of experience with it. You can find better.

Not worth the price. Every part of the apartment is cramped, the rooms are tiny, the living room hardly has space for the furniture that comes with the apartment, the pantry and fridge are too small for four people's worth of groceries, hallway is cramped and very poorly lit. The biggest part of the apartment is the kitchen and bathrooms, but not by much. The heater and AC also have a very hard time reaching the back two bedrooms. Be prepared for cold nights and hot days in your room while being either heated or frozen out if you venture into the front room. The location is nice, being right across the street from provo library and a uvx stop, and the grounds are fairly well maintained, but that's about it. If you are moving in here, pack light. Or just don't move here if you have other options. It's not worth the rent (a little under $550 after utilities and other charges), even for a private room.

Complete trash of an apartment. It’s so run down. The price isn’t the worst I’ve seen but you can find so much better if you’re looking to be closer (the village, avenues). Management was more helpful than red stone residential but that’s not saying much. Since it’s not byu approved housing don’t expect many students. When I was there while it was byu approved housing there were so many old ppl that had graduated and wanted to get married. I found lots of bugs too.

Dirty, old, smells like mildew and black dust comes out of the air vents and sticks to the ceilings. If you’re okay with that and the steep price for what you’re being offered then this is a great place to live. Also, please be aware that your $800 deposit (which is double the amount anyone else in the area charges) will only come back to you at a little under $300. Pay close attention to the contract because that’s how they getcha’. ;) Good luck!

I lived here my Junior year at BYU. It’s a chill place, mature crowd and fairly quiet. There is plenty of above ground and garage parking, and several visitor stalls near the buildings. The apartments are not bad and the kitchen is a good size for 4 people. I walked to class everyday and it took me about 15 minutes to get to the SWKT. Additionally, there are entrances both from University Ave. and the street behind it. Walking distance from Smith’s makes it a pretty good place to live even without a car. Overall, I enjoyed living here and didn’t have any issues.
