Had a great experience, FCS was helpful every time I reached out to them. Roommates and ward were good. Loved having my own space.

FCS is the worst. They were unhelpful and they would pretty much tell you they are not responsible for anything. My friend and I both lived there but in different units. One of my friend’s roommates kept on stealing things from him when he was gone on vacations. He tied to talk to the roommate and asked for help from the property managers. They just told him that they are not responsible for his safety or security and he should just go figure things out himself. Same thing happened to me, my roommates stole my mails and used my room when I wasn’t home.... didn’t even try to talk to the students who did all that... same thing - they just told me that’s not on them... basically don’t ask for help from them, as property managers their responsibility is to say they DONT have any.
