Living at the Avenues as been pretty ok so far! The nice thing about it is that it's super close to campus and such a convenient place to walk to restaurants close by. Parking is so cramped and I wished the garage could be bigger. Plus, my room is near the road so it gets really noisy during the night so make sure to get a white noise machine. Also hidden fees when paying for rent like a benefits package that cost $30 and such. Definitely would say that it's *kind of* worth it in the meantime especially if you don't have a car. Perfect for student-athletes!!

I’ve loved this apartment! Maintenance has been pretty good as well. I like the hot tub and pool amenities, but especially love how close it is to BYU! It’s made my experience at school so much easier

Not terrible but I’m moving next year. It’s like a solid B-. I’ve heard the social is great on non covid years. The spacious aspect of the place is great. It just needs some remodeling for what we pay. Parking is really tough too n
