The Colony is THE place. Best housing south of campus. Awesome, responsive management and incredible amenities. Definetely the most social place on campus. Very homey. Great parking. 10 min walk to campus.

Love the colony! Parking is amazing and super cheap as well as the rent so I highly recommend for it's affordability. The place is very spacious and it is a no brainer to come get an apartment here!

THERE IS SO MUCH PARKING. Its awesome. Plus a pool and hot tub and other amenities like a pickleball court. Favorite thing though is the people. They are so kind and inclusive. People want to be family here!

I love the Colony!! I moved here to live with my friend, and although she didn't end up here, I just signed my second year contract. The management is responsive and fairly proactive without being in your face about anything. The social scene is amazing--the only reason to stay home any night is if you really want to. I've never lived in a more welcoming place. Apartments are a little old, but nothing worth complaining about.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The apartments are great, big living room and kitchen, two fridges, furnished. The bedrooms are a little bit small, but the community makes up for it!

The Colony is so awesome! The social scene is phenomenal and full of kind people. Parking is always available, cheap, and super close to your apartment. They also don't check until late at night, so it's easy for friends to come hang out without worrying about parking tickets. The location is awesome and super close to all things Provo. I have really enjoyed living here and have always had wonderful roommates. This is also one of the cheaper places in Provo, and it is worth so much more than you pay.

I have lived at The Colony for the last 3 years, and it has been a phenomenal experience. I've made many excellent friends, had a plethora of incredible roommates, and thoroughly enjoyed the competitive pricing and hassle-free management interactions. The pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, and volleyball courts are convenient and fun, and I've been really happy with the location. It is close to many popular spots south of BYU campus. Additionally, I'm always able to find parking within 20 yards of my front door. There is always good parking here, the parking pass is cheap, and they aren't sticklers about visitor parking, so it's easy to have people over.

Managements sometimes is annoying af, but it’s not anyone’s fault but the owner’s. He’s not the nicest. The office tries to be as nice as possible given who their boss is.

This is a great complex with a great social scene. You interact with so many other people in the ward. Not bad quality and definitely a place you can enjoy being especially if you keep it clean. Close to campus. Great people to be around

It’s a little older but it isn’t too much money for what you get. It’s really chill, bad good parking, and is close to all of the social events going on. It’s also close enough to walk to campus which is nice, while not being so close to campus that there’s tons of students walking through it.
