They've never done a cleaning check while I've lived here, so when I moved it was a little nasty. Lots of dog smell and dog hair in the carpet in my bedroom, there was just a lot to do clean and fix when I moved in. Maintenance comes pretty quick
(although they don't seem to really know what they're doing sometimes haha). But it's nice to have my own room, and management has been okay.

Great place to rent for the price. College student looking for private room boarding? Look no further, the Omni provides quality housing that provides comfortable living at a good price. The management is fantastic and quickly respond to all maintenance requests.

Safe, Responsive management, Nothing to write home about
Nice place to live. Nothing too fancy, nothing too bad either. Pretty average. There's technically a hot tub, but it hasn't been working since I've lived here. They sent out an email saying they're working on it though.

The ward is amazing and has lots of activities. The ward is also not very clique-y
so to me that's pretty great. Outside of ward stuff: I love my roommates (they were random) and there isn't much other social stuff.
If you don't mind driving to campus, it's fine. There is a ryde stop kind of
by us. For shopping and stuff, it's awesome because we are so close to the downtown Provo exit and never really need to enter the nightmare university street. You do have to turn left onto state street without a stop light and a suicide lane, that part is annoying.
