Mary and Isaac helped me a lot with a problem I had with my FOB. They are very kind and friendly in the way they treat people, and they solve everything very quickly. I’m really very grateful to them—excellent people.

I do not recommend moving here! My husband and I moved here from Arizona at the end of May. We signed our lease at the beginning of the month, which gave management weeks to prepare the apartment. When we the carpets were filthy, the counters and cupboards coated in dust, and trash from workers was left behind (wrappers, soda cans, coffee cups, even rags. ) And that was just the start. The washer and dryer didn’t work from day one. The washer flooded our closet multiple times. Maintenance would come to “fix it” in the middle of the day with no notice (luckily we were home when they came), and of course, after they would leave, it would just brake again. We later found out they knew about this issue before we even moved in but didn’t bother to actually fix it until we bugged them relentlessly. It took almost a month to get it resolved. During that time, management promised us compensation for having to do laundry elsewhere, which we never received (even after following up with them several times). In July, they hit us with a “small balance reminder” claiming we hadn’t paid our rent in full. Turns out, they added on an extra $37.68 without telling us. When I finally got an answer (six days later) as to what these extra expenses were, they claimed it was for things like pest control, the building’s electricity, water, and even trash pickup for the property. So not only are we paying our own utilities, but we’re also forced to pay for theirs. And don’t even get me started on valet trash. So not only are we paying $25 a month for valet trash (that we couldn't even use up until a week ago because we never received the valet trash can) but now we pay $10 for the buildings trash. Thats $35 a month for a service we dont even use because we live on the ground floor, and there is only two of us here so we dont go through enough trash to warrent $35 a month charge. When we asked if we could just take our own trash out and save the $25 a month, they said that it was a required charge and we could not opt out of it.
