The ward is the best ward I’ve had in Provo!! Everyone is so nice. Tons of parking. Apartments are very spacious (biggest I’ve lived in). Wide variety of ages (freshman-postgrad)

Heaven on earth. Just choose good roommates and it will be the best. Cheap for what you get, great furniture, perfect location (except during football games, but it is a 100 times better than Alta), so much space, and best landlord ever.

Loved living here! Apartment was set up with free google fiber and everyone in the complex has a reserved parking spot, which is amazing!

I LOVED living at Timp Gateway! The apartment is so nice and everyone gets their own assigned parking spot. I lived on the third floor so we had vaulted ceilings and great views.
