i have been living here for 3 years now and would recommend signing with them if you are interested in looking for an apartment near campus. their maintenance may take a while sometimes when they get flooded with maintenance requests. but overall, a pretty good first apartment experience and they host multiple fun events and have good amenities.
The Grove is a very welcoming place to live. I've never had any problems. Maintenance is very attentive and all of the residents are very respectful. I've lived here for two years and I love it.
The Grove Apartments sits off Brandi Way on the north side of Pullman, about a 5-minute drive or 27-minute walk to Washington State University. A residential setting a short hop from the WSU campus.
