I moved in this month and love it here. There are no surprises with rent and utilities stay cheap. Everybody is also super friendly!

Ignore all good reviews, ownership and management has changed and completely abandoned the place. Complex is disgusting. There is no actual management or maintenance team. My apartment was not in living condition when I moved in, and nothing has been done to fix it in the 4 months I've lived here. I highly recommend living anywhere else, the low rent is not worth the utter disgust of this place and the neglect from ownership.
