Willow place is a great place to live. Kim and Cody are awesome and easy to work with. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team and to Ron for being fast and professional when it come to repairs

Honestly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and felt safe in. Any maintenance request I put in is always immediately taken care of and I’m never left in the dark. They’re always on top of communication and it’s a really well run complex.

Honestly it’s been amazing living here totally reasonable rent, great staff and support, Kim is the absolute BEST! My issues have always been solved quickly and as long as I communicate with them they have been very accommodating. Maintenance is really helpful and nice they have done a few things around the apartment and always are careful and efficient, they communicate everything they do and provide next steps if a fix doesn’t work with follow through. The location is convenient for campus. I really enjoy living here. Again it all comes down to Kim and coordinates everything and has always been super helpful I really really appreciate how easy she is to reach and work with!

Close to campus, has a washer/dryer, good sized bedrooms. Kim is really easy woman to work with. Maintenance was timely. Definitely get what you’re paying for. The apartments are older so you do hear everything from upstairs go Greek row. Parking is limited above the hill. But other than that, for a college apartment it’s a good set up.

Kim in the leasing office and the nice maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. Alongside the walk-ability to campus, they are the reason I re-newed! Kim is so helpful, nice, and caringand maintenance helps so fast compared to other places. Wonderful staff, awesome location, and not too expensive!
