Called for both my heater not working and front door lock not working properly. Two different days and was taken care of by the time I got home…

Parking here is a nightmare. Some nights there are zero spaces available anywhere on the property. If you park in an undesignated spot because there’s nowhere else to park (even without blocking anyone), they will tow your car and charge you almost $300 — no warning, no message, nothing. I pay $2,000 a month to live here and still have to fight for parking every night. Management’s only “solution” is to pay extra for a carport or garage. Totally unfair and very poorly managed :)

very good, clean, quiet facility. the apartments kept me updated through e-mails and texts regularly. we loved hanging out by the pool and Jacuzzi. we never had any noise issues or smell complaints. the apartments were very good with communication.

There is never any parking!! I absolutely hate the parking situation here. Definitely the worst I have had at any complex I have lived at. I rent a garage and use that for my car but can never find parking for my husband’s car. The entire complex will be full forcing you to park outside of the complex in one of the warehouses down the street (hope the don’t tow you) or in a red zone where you will get towed. By the complex. I don’t understand why a covered spot isn’t just automatically assigned to each unit. That way open spots could be for guests or a second car. Either way, be prepared that parking your car in the complex is a gamble unless you buy a garage or a covered spot. And if you have more than one car, good luck! People don’t pick up after their dogs so watch your step. Rent increase after first year was $135 but there were no upgrades in the unit to justify that high of an increase. Pool is freezing in the winter so “outdoor, all season, heated pool” is not actually usable. Last year it was freezing all winter. Definitely couldn’t swim in it. Gate code never works for guests. Despite all that it’s a place to live. Relatively quiet. Streets are kept clean. I like the layout of the unit and it’s spacious. Maintenance guys are all so nice and do a great job getting things fixed or replaced when needed. Never had any issues with office staff. They are all very nice and address requests and concerns quickly and kindly.

Office people are very nice and helpful. The whole area is very quiet and clean. Room is big.
