I had an incredibly positive experience at The Mod at Riverwalk on Feb 3rd as I received a comprehensive tour from Emma, the leasing consultant at the property. I felt compelled to leave this review based on how knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and passionate she was in giving me a tour of the facility. She had an overwhelming positive attitude with excited energy that was refreshing and uplifting, so I want to say thank you to Emma for being so great at what you do even though you're new! :)
Unfortunately, the spaces were a bit smaller than I am looking for, but if you're wanting a cozy studio apartment right in the heart of downtown next to the river, then I would highly recommend checking this place out!

I was initially hesitant to visit after reading some of the older reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to give this place a chance. The community is now under new management, and the leasing office team was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I couldn’t be happier as a new resident!
