So to begin, I want to preface this review by saying that I have lived in Reno for over 20 years. I came here to Siegel Suites the beginning of January. It was cheaper than living out of actual hotels, which is what I was doing before since I just came back from the south. Since being here with my two-year-old daughter since I was widowed last April, I can Confidently say that it is not as bad as the gossip says. In fact, I would say it’s better than the Truckee River Terrence which I Lived at previously and was constantly witnessing the windows getting smashed in, the sliding glass door constantly getting broken, People leaving open the keyfob door open for other people to come in, graffiti everywhere, bed begs, etc. ALL of those things I mentioned do NOT happen here and Ive not once witnessed any bugs and in fact when I moved in, They already had a complementary plastic bed cover over the mattress to keep it in a new condition just in case someone doesn’t bring their own furniture in. Angel, the property manager is absolutely amazing. She is on the property every single day almost, And even when she’s not on shift, she and the other two ladies that work in the office, Laura and Lizz Are always answering questions and helping residents. They Made me moving in SO fast, SO easy, SO convenient. They did not care about my past nor did they judge me and made me feel comfortable moving in. They are also so so kind to my child, And Angel also has helped walked my dog before when I was sick which we all know is not her responsibility but she did it Anyways, just to be kind. The housekeepers Anthony, Matt, Jay, and Leann are absolutely godsend employees of this place just because they keep this place in a condition where it is always spotless, besides minor discrepancies with people not respecting the property of course. I have had zero complaints. I’ve seen zero bugs and When I moved into my apartment, it was completely spotless, and I was also able to get actual live cable with HBO and a bunch of other options which is really cool. When I moved into my room, I did have a couple of issues with the sink which the maintenance team took care of expeditiously. Sheldon, Ave, and Memo are Very helpful, Punctual and respectful. The issues get fixed very fast. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours, I don’t even think I had to wait that long for any of my issues to be addressed. All of the employees here have done an exceptional job running this place! They do a beautiful job of keeping it clean, updated, and welcoming.

Angel absolutely lives up to her name!!! And lizz has been SUPER friendly since I first inquired about a room kept me up to date and promptly notified me as soon as one was available .Angel, Lizz and the rest of the staff assisted anyway they could to help me get settled in.I"m very grateful for their professionalism and hospitality.Thank you Angel,Thank you Lizz

Liz and Laura are so nice!! Quick to help and always have a smile!! Love Angel the Manager she is very sweet and always friendly!! All staff are awesome

All the staff has been very nice and accommodating. Angel has done a lot for this building and the people that come or as they are departing , and Lizz is my awesome front desk person that I can tell does and cares for her job and people as well: communication is very on point. Thanks y’all!

Good place to stay with a friendly staff. Love that they have a rent plan that works with different types of payday schedules. LeAnn and Jessica are both really nice and friendly to everyone!
