if i could give zero stars i would. living here has been a constant cycle of their employees and staff doing abhorrent shit and denying it and getting away with it. i left town for surgery and specified that i did not want any maintenance inside my unit while i was away. i find out that two days after i said that, a male plumber entered my room against my consent. i came home to find that my laundry hamper had been dug through as multiple pairs of panties i had in there had been scattered and placed in different areas of my apartment. i came home to an absolute disaster. my persons clothes and towels were patted down into my bathroom floor as if to clean a mess or leak the plumber made, damaging most of my clothes. i found that my loofah i use to shower with was taken out of my shower and shoved inside of my toilet and left that way. not only did the onyx allow someone in my apartment while i was gone against my consent, he trashed my entire unit and personal belongings. as a woman, this is disgusting and horrible to come home to as my apartment was spotless before i left. betzabee puga (community manager) told me this was all my fault and refused to apologize for the damages. deny, deny, deny. all she did was deny. what a sorry excuse for an apartment. unsafe, unsanitary, and disgusting apartment complex. they love to leave the front doors as well as the garage doors unlocked so that anyone can get in as i’ve seen multiple homeless people sleeping on the couches on floors. DO NOT CONSIDER RENTING HERE OR EVEN APPLYING.

🚨WARNING: APARTMENT PLUMBER TRASHES ROOM, RUINS PROPERTY, AND DENIES IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. The Onyx at 695 in Reno Nevada next to the J resort has consistently screwed over their tenets, from false fire alarms, to lying to residents, to trashing rooms. Just this month on the 12th, a plumber walking into our apartment without permission, trashed our room by flooding the sink and toilet, and proceeded to use our panties, clothes, socks, and towels to clean it. On top of all that he put a lufa in our toilet, disrespecting us and any residents/future residents to live there. DO NO MOVE HERE, AS A CURRENT RESIDENT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE DUE TO THE ONYX. Take a look at what everyone is saying a well on their reviews. You have been warned.

Cheri is the only person left that actually cares about the residents and Barbara was amazing. This has been the worst apartment experience i have ever had. Mice, bugs and cigarette smoke. No security , barely a cleaning lady here and the manager of the office is the absolute worse and has zero compassion for residents. Trust me when I say I have lived in luxury apartments and you would be better off staying at a motel. This place has gone down hill. And management sits there and has personal conversations while I see cheri up front working very hard. This place is just awful.

Given the location and it's proximity to downtown, the property is very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments are very nice and the maintenance/cleaning team handle any issues that you may have.
