Christine was absolutely phenomenal the entire process from looking at available units to signing a lease! Her attitude is always welcoming and bright. She is always very prompt and responsive. By far the best rental experience my family has ever had.

I've lived at this property for 15 months and had a wonderful time! Gated property across the road from Idlewild Park, and close to all the happening spots in midtown. The management here is extremely friendly and warm. Christine from the leasing office is a delight to interact with and has been of assistance at all times. All my work orders were completed on time and all concerns addressed in a timely manner. No complaints of any kind and I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking to live close to downtown!

Wonderful apartments and great office / maintenance staff. Beth and Jessica are great, very helpful and always there. Apartments are well build, no big neighbor noise. Pool is heated and open. Plenty of parking, you might have to walk a bit to your door, if you don't have a covered spot, but it's not a big deal for me. Allows pets, plenty of lawn space and a small sand pit dog area to let dogs out. Neighbors are mostly friendly or leave you alone, which is great too. I lived in many apartments over the years, but this is by far the best one. Thank you Village team!! :) A.R.
