Awesome apartment…luxurious and beautiful with excellent amenities (pool, gym, package concierge, etc) and a friendly, helpful, professional staff. I only left because I found a great deal on a perfect home.

Justin is the guy you want to deal with at Village South. Very professional and is a huge help when needed. He gave me the tour and upon moving into Village South he was always helpful and tried hard to solve any issue. Super nice guy as well! Enjoyed living at Village South but had to move closer to family but will miss living here.

We lived here for a year and had a good experience. The apartment was very clean when we moved in, we never had any noise issues (we were on the top floor), there was always plenty of parking and the management was friendly. If we hadn’t bought a house we would have stayed!

The Village South was the first place my boyfriend and I had lived together and it was such a great first home for us. The attached garage is amazing and gives such great space. The apartments are also updated appliance wise and have granite counter tops and bar seating which I love. The place was very clean upon move in and we have not had any issues with over a year of living here! Bryan has been great helping us though the entire process from start to finish and I am very grateful for that. It is such a cute complex with nice amenities such as a pool and fitness center.

My room mate and I worked with Justin and are very grateful for his help through the lease process. He was very quick to respond and had great attention to detail. This is the nicest place I've ever lived. Great amenities (including a heated pool). Neighbors seem nice. Waiting to move in was the hardest part of the process (other than actually moving our stuff in). I hope the company appreciates Justin, he deserves a raise!!! A nice place can sell it's self, but knowing the staff is top notch makes it that much better.
