To begin with Laura O., the leasing consultant, was extremely friendly, knowledgable and thorough. She gave me a great tour, answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome as a potential new resident. The property is well maintained and the unit Iooked at was very nice! I would highly recommend checking out IMT Cherry Creek!
I truly have not had a bad experience with anyone working in the maintenance department here at IMT. Each one has gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate their intentionality and efficiency. Can’t say my experience with maintenance has been a bad one!
