Since Jessie started working here, the property has seen a major turnaround. The security of our gated community has become a top priority, and he does an excellent job ensuring the gate codes are managed correctly so we all feel safe. The community stays incredibly clean, and any time I have a question or a maintenance request, I get a timely response. It has been a pleasure living here since he took over.

Living here has been a much better experience since Jessie started managing the property. He’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the community. Requests are handled without long waits, the shared spaces are kept in good shape, and everything feels more organized overall. The added community activities are a nice touch and make the place feel more friendly and welcoming. La Provence now feels like a place people actually enjoy living in, whether you’re a student or part of a family. Big thanks to Jessie for making such a positive impact!
