Alicia was absolutely wonderful!! Very timely and incredibly helpful - she was very responsive, informative, and proactive about the whole move-in process. It honestly made the move in process so much easier and felt genuinely welcoming. Julian was also very helpful and informative!

Excellent service from Alicia. I am on the hunt for a rental apartment, I came to do an on-site tour and I came with a laundry list of questions and she provided the information before I even needed to get to them. The facilities are beautiful and it seems to be a very pleasant, based on my first time visiting.

The first time I tried calling this place, it was a disaster. I didn’t get the info I needed, couldn’t get through to the right person, and honestly wasn’t planning on trying again. Two days later I was like, Fine, one more shot. Best decision ever. I called back and Alicia picked up. I told her the whole situation, and she was super kind from the jump. She showed me two apartments, broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, and answered every single question without making me feel rushed. She was helpful, welcoming, patient, and just overall a really genuine person. Professional but still sweet, which made the whole thing feel way less stressful.
