I lived for four years while working at Sac State—a safe, peaceful place. I used to go out for runs every week right from my apartment along the American River Trail all the way to Folsom. The manager Clara is proactive and very helpful. She answers emails and responds to any concerns. The grounds are kept well. The maintenance staff is fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

We lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The management is responsive, friendly, and professional. The maintenance staff is also amazing - very good at their jobs and super nice people to boot! Every time we reported an issue it was taken care of within 2 days if not same-day. The complex is really quiet and we basically never heard our neighbors. Residents are friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I have stayed in this apartment for about 2.5 years. The apartment has got ample storage and they are very cozy. The apartment complex is well maintained with regular landscaping and cleaning. The rent includes water/garbage and trash which is great since you wont get any surprises at the end of the month. Melanie and her team, they are excellent, fair, cooperative and helpful. They are very prompt at addressing any issue you may have in your apartment. The neighborhood is great since Raley's, CVS, Starbucks are within walking distance. The American River Trail is right behind the apartment which is great for jogging/cycling. Downtown is 12 to 15 minutes drive. Would recommend this property.

I lived at Cadillac Drive Townhomes for 6 years. The apartments are a good size and the location can't be beat! They are especially convenient for being close to Sac State, Highway 50, and the Arden/Howe ave shopping areas. Nice neighborhood and gated community, never had any security problems and always felt safe. Melanie the Office Manager and Carl the maintenance guy are always working hard to go out of their way to better the community.

Great for students going to Sac State. Safe environment. Gated 24/7. Back access to the bike trail. Beautiful grounds, plenty of big trees. Management and maintenance are friendly and attentive. Off of Howe ave and Fair Oaks - Cadillac Drive is a nice, quiet street. Plenty of street parking as well as visitor parking. You won't regret choosing to live here.
