Floor planFloor planI lived for four years while working at Sac State—a safe, peaceful place. I used to go out for runs every week right from my apartment along the American River Trail all the way to Folsom. The manager Clara is proactive and very helpful. She answers emails and responds to any concerns. The grounds are kept well. The maintenance staff is fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
We lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The management is responsive, friendly, and professional. The maintenance staff is also amazing - very good at their jobs and super nice people to boot! Every time we reported an issue it was taken care of within 2 days if not same-day. The complex is really quiet and we basically never heard our neighbors. Residents are friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!
