Great place to live if you have a voucher and you’re getting off the streets RUN FAST The “manager” is a joke Do not believe the good reviews posted in the last year I’m moving and it’s only gotten worse If this is your only option I get that Take your time keep looking SAVE YOURSELF AMD YOUR SANITY

I leased there for a whole year. My vanity sink was broken when I moved in and the manager was like oh I took the pictures already so don’t worry about it. You won’t get charged for that when u move so I didn’t took any pics. I regret that today when they are making me pay for that vanity sink that was broken when I moved in. It’s so ridiculous. Please don’t come here and if u have no other option pls pls take pictures before u move in because they care about their money only !!!!!!

The property and management have done a complete 180. The new Manager Randi has turned the whole complex around to somewhere I am happy to call home. The property feels very secure with security and the front door being locked nightly. Maintenance definitely takes pride in the units and the grounds. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Close to all major freeways. CSUS campus is within walking distance. Perfect for students. It has a nice pool on the property and laundry rooms. It also has vending Machines.

I love living here. The front office ladies are always so kind and helpful, any problems or issues i have they are very prompt on always fixing anything i ask of them. They also have a guard service who patrol’s the property every night. Ever since they hired this company called DDB security i have felt very safe. I’m glad my apartments care about me as a tenant and i feel like this will be my home for a long time.

Trashy place, management and ownership are just taking advantage of people that are struggling. Cheated me out of a $1,000 deposit. That place isn't even worth a thousand dollars, clean up fee couldn't be more than $200 for this run-down hotel. Ashley, the deposit lady, is a thief. Management is in cahoots with her scheming ways. Stealing money for her Christmas bonus. I don't know how people like that can sleep at night. They do no good for the world. Just selfish, trashy people. The joke is on them, karma will catch up to these thieves.
