Stay away from this complex if you want to have a decent quality of living. Dirty complex, laundry room and machines that have never been cleaned, poor management, COCKROACHES, security cameras are never "working", loud noise from the street and other neighbors, and zero amenities. I stayed here for about 2 years to save some money, but I wish I would've never lived here.

I drove 7 hr to here just to see a apartment. And apparently they didn't tell the very rude smug manager. I wish I could give a zero or know how. Worst experience in hospitality. Im disabled at the moment as well so thanks for wasting my time. Didn't even try to help. Horrible lady.

I lived here from 2019 to early 2024. In the time that I was there, they went through 2 “property managers”. Currently on the third. None of them know how to properly communicate with residents via email, conduct business or keep the property clean. There is often trash, dog feces and overly stuffed dumpsters. The “property manager” only works a few hours of the day for a couple days out of the week. Any issues that arise on her “time off”, will not get dealt with until her next work day. Shared washer and dryer machines are never sanitized or cleaned. Maintenance orders were never done in a timely manner. They kept promising a new dishwasher yet on our moving in packet, we noted it was leaking and barely functional. I recommend being informed on CA rental laws and rights as they tried to charge $250 for painting of door trims when we lived there for over 3 years. Very shady and will do anything to keep the deposit. The current “property manager” did not want to do a final walk through nor did she have a moving out packet or anything type of documentation ready. On the third day of emailing both Northrop Apartments and the Natoma Company, I was finally able to get a response over the additional $500 they kept from the security deposit. Oh, and keep and eye out for Penny and her roommate. They like to ask the tenants for money often. Overall, the company and its employees are very unprofessional and would not recommend living here to ANYONE!

The transformation that these Apts have gone through is nothing short of a miracle and if it wasnt for our manager, Yelena we wouldnt be living in such a nice, clean, safe and quiet place. It is beautiful and modern looking. I can sit in the courtyard at night and feel completely safe and I know if I ever have a problem or a concern, that I can come to the manager and she will take care of it. I am proud of my home and I appreciate all of the hard work our manager has put in to this place. I love my home and I am grateful! It is very safe here and the Apts are beautiful inside and out!

A great place to live, shopping is great, parks, trails. Good neighborhood, management is great, and clean up to date.
