Lived in this complex several years ago. Made them aware of rats in the attic keeping me up every night running through piles of rat feces that would scatter. I could hear them in the air vents. They gas lit me for an entire year until we had our walk through and I showed the manager the light fixtures that clearly had rat droppings in them. They do not make repairs and the "upgrades" are just paint.
