We have been living in this unit for nearly three months, and since the beginning of our tenancy, we have reported issues related to the laundry dryer, the heating system, and the closet. None of these issues have been resolved to date. We have now received three emails stating that the maintenance request was completed; however, this is incorrect. In none of these instances did any maintenance staff enter our unit or perform any work. Repeatedly marking this request as completed without completing any repairs is unacceptable

⚠️⚠️WARNING⚠️⚠️I am writing to formally express my ongoing concerns regarding the living conditions at this apartment complex. Unfortunately, my experience here has been consistently marked by serious safety, sanitation, and maintenance issues. Within just my second month of living here, there was a high-speed police chase through the complex. The suspect jumped out of a moving vehicle, which then rolled forward and collided with my car. This incident set the tone for what has unfortunately been a pattern of unsafe conditions. Since moving in nearly three years ago, the hot water for my unit has been shut off at least six or seven times. On multiple occasions, management failed to address the issue until I filed formal complaints with the city, which should not be necessary for essential services. There was also a prolonged renovation period lasting approximately three months during which piles of human feces were dumped in the hallway of the building. These unsanitary conditions remained for multiple days before anyone was sent to clean them up, creating a serious health hazard for residents. Mail security has been another ongoing issue. The mailboxes have been broken into multiple times and left open, resulting in residents discovering their mail missing or compromised. Safety and access to the property are also major concerns. On several occasions, the entire complex has been surrounded by police, and residents were not allowed to enter or leave for hours at a time. Because the property has only one entrance and one exit, residents can easily become trapped during these incidents. Additionally, I was informed that the paint in the apartments is old and contains lead. This is particularly concerning for families with children and residents with health concerns. Despite all of these ongoing problems, management has recently raised the rent. It is extremely frustrating to face increased housing costs while continuing to live with unresolved safety risks, sanitation issues, and repeated service failures. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience. Management has consistently failed to address serious issues in a timely or effective manner, leaving residents to deal with conditions that are unacceptable and, at times, unsafe.

We had what appeared to be a clogged toilet late at night. After exhausting all efforts, we called on-site maintenence. Andy responded with a quick phone call and was in our apartment within 35 minutes to repair the clogged pipe. He was kind, professional, and efficient. We appreciated rhe expedient response time.
