Found what we wanted relatively easily. Except, we have a chunky cat. No large cat holsters? Or, uh, harness? Cat harnesses, no large ones. Boo Cashier had a dog though, we got free pets. So, that's pretty dope.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this PetSmart every two weeks for the past two years to pick up my dog’s prescription food—something my dog absolutely depends on and he requires it from a location with Banfield hospital inside. Until today, it’s always been a straightforward process. Unfortunately, this visit was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had. My hands were full, and when I asked Bob at the register to enter my phone number for my rewards (something every other employee has always helped with), he refused. It felt unnecessarily unhelpful, especially given the circumstances. Then, despite showing the same digital prescription I’ve used for two years, I was suddenly told I needed to go get a paper copy. This sent me across the store, where I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get a prescription card. After that, I was told I had to get back in line and wait all over again—while my sick dog was waiting in the car. I understand policies can change, but the way this was handled made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. It genuinely felt like pure laziness and a lack of willingness to help with simple, routine tasks that could have made a huge difference for a customer already dealing with a sick pet. Nobody wants to spend $160 on dog food. For a place that sells dog food, not medication, the experience today felt unnecessarily complicated and honestly pretty disappointing. And Bob was the worst cashier I’ve ever met.
