Our company was looking for corporate leases at the time we toured Downtown 360. While we decided to hold off acquiring these for the time being, the tour we received conducted by CeCe and Tyler, left quite the impression. After touring what felt like 100s of apartments, CeCe and Tyler

made this process a whole lot easier. Answered every single question and was more than willing to accommodate our company. Not to mention the property itself is well maintained and offers great amenities for the price. If the project does ever pick up for us, we defiantly will be going with Downtown 360 to house our employees.

Apartments are great. The management made the move in so smooth. The apartment was in great condition. They were very responsive throughout the renting process. The coffee and snacks are always a nice perk. The lobby is nice and clean and so is the fitness area.

Cece made our move seamless! My husband and I are moving to Utah from the Bay Area, and we were looking for somewhere affordable, safe, and equipped with the necessities we need. DT360 offers just that—plus a little more than we expected! The in-unit washer and dryer? Amazing! Cece gave me

a virtual tour, which was incredibly helpful since we were applying from afar. Throughout the process, we were always updated, and I received detailed steps to follow. That was perfect for me because I truly value great customer service, and I felt that from Cece every step of the way. I have lived in various countries and experienced different residential areas, but this building stands out as the worst in terms of management and maintenance. The building is old and poorly maintained, yet the management imposes unfair charges, making it far from worth the rental cost. They charged the utility

bill for the last month twice and ignored our requests for an explanation. It was impossible to speak with the manager, and during my stay, the management changed a couple of times, each being worse than the last. The common areas were often smelly and stained. When I moved out, they tried to impose irrelevant cleaning charges, even though I had cleaned the unit thoroughly. Overall, I do not recommend staying here at all. PS: I have sent my address to the building's official email more than five times, yet even after 40 days, I still haven't received my deposit. ---------------------- [Update]: It is quite disappointing that the management has not responded to any of my emails requesting an answer and has instead simply sent me the check, choosing to respond here in the Google Map review instead.
