Encore offers everything you could ask for in an apartment complex and more. I have lived here 2 years and just signed another lease because of how much I love it here. Each month, they plan fun events for the residents and it has enabled me to make so many great friends and connections. Whether you like chill out by the pool or practice your golf skills in the simulator, there is something for everybody here. There are a lot of options of places to live in downtown Salt Lake, but none of which provide an experience anything like Encore! Nato in the office is the best and makes sure to keep all of the residents happy.

Honestly got the best service from the start, with nato. He was willing to go out of his way to fit all my expectations and requirements. Also have been loving the gym that comes with it. Overall great place to be in all and all.

BEWARE! DON'T RENT AT THIS PLACE! They have so many hidden fees. While living there AND moving out. They charged me an outrageous move out fee saying there was holes in the walls and pet fees. I never had a single thing up and never had a pet. They are liars. I reached out MULTIPLE times to get this corrected and they kept making up one excuse after another. I promise you, your money is 100% better spent in any of the apartments near there. - For lower prices and a better gym: Elevate on fifth! - For brighter apartments: Velo on Boulevard! - For literally all around better apartment: The Essex! - For better views: The Dewitt - For a sauna and great customer service: Quattro The only thing this place has going for it is the location and You can check out any of the above options before you waste your money at a place as disappointing as Encore. Honestly, if you have the slightest bit if respect or care for the money you spend, how you are treated and or where you live, stay far far away from Encore. They are thieves.

Choosing Encore was the best decision! Everyone in the office is so nice especially Nato. He was so helpful and answered any questions we had. The amenities are amazing and the resident events are a lot of fun. Taco night is the best resident event. It’s great to devour tacos and to get to meet your neighbors. I am so looking forward to the next one! My favorite part of Encore is the dog wash station here. Many of the neighbors have dogs/cats so we all have a shared love for pets. I am so happy to have a place here at Encore. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a quiet home!

I can truly say that I love living at Encore. I feel safe here and the residents here make it also enjoyable. I've made many friends living here! The management team takes care of all the amenities daily and always keep them clean! My favorite part is how close it is to Trader Joe's and the light rail station. I can walk to everything! The views are pretty gnarly too from my place!!
