I am a working professional and now it's been almost a year since I moved into The Mercer Downtown. I love ther mercer because of its proximity and to grocery stores, bus stops, Trax, Indian grocery. All at walking distance. Their rent and additional community cost is also pretty reasonable compared to any other apartment complex. The trash pick up is also on time, no mess near trash chute or bad odor. The building is always in an happening environment. They have a new open 24hr Gym on 1st floor. Cardio and upper body machine are pretty good. But they can improve by adding some weights or dumbells and some machine focused on lower body. But apart from that everything is good. The property manager is very friendly and also there to answer your queries. And maintaince team is also good and quick on actions. All my maintenance requests have been fulfilled with 24hrs. In and all is the good experience to live here.

I love this place. I feel so safe & I am proud to call it my first home! I’ve been here since February of 2025 & any concerns or issues I’ve had, Brandy has solved each & every one of them! She goes above & beyond for us so make such we are happy here at home!

I’ve just moved in here and have had a stellar experience. Brandy has been incredibly helpful and is clearly very invested in maintaining a good community. I put in a maintenance request and Will had my problem solved in less than 10 minutes from filing a request. I am deeply impressed.

So far I've been really impressed with my experience at the Mercer. Brandy has been so helpful and responsive with all of my questions. The leasing process was easy and quick as well. The property itself is well maintained and secure. My apartment was spotless at move-in - literally the cleanest apartment I've ever moved into! Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly too. The location is also fantastic with lots of restaurants, grocery, Trax, etc. nearby. I just moved in but so far I have nothing but good things to say!

I think most of the negative reviews are from previous years, from poor past management. The current management is great and I've had nothing but a pleasant experience since I moved in. The building manager Brandy is super on top of things, in addition to being really friendly and accessible. William, who's in charge of maintenance, is great and very quick to answer work orders. My appliances were pretty new; garage and entrances are secure. The balconies are great. Some minor gripes like the AC is not great in the gym rooms but these are being actively addressed thanks to Brandy. Very happy with my choice to move here!

While the new officer manager Brandy is ameliorating greatly the daily running, the building has been unfortunately managed poorly. Small details can make a great difference and Brandy is finally looking into it. Hopefully she will last in office, since all other managers had an average tenure of 4months.
