The best apartments in Taylorsville. Very clean and quiet, well managed. I highly recommend to live here. I lived it here almost 2 years I have never had a problem with them. Anytime ask for maintenance they will show up to help on top of that they are so nice and respectful.

I've been here 18 months. I love it here. Very spacious, clean, quite, safe and affordable. Unlike other apartments there are no extra fees or hidden fees. I love Craig and Lisa. They're easy and great to work with. Anytime i had an issue with something or maintenance it was resolved very professionally and quickly.

This was my very first apartment ever and it treated me well. It was in 2015, so it’s been awhile but I’ve had siblings live here after me and I’ve heard they’ve only gotten better! When I lived here, my only complaint was the swamp cooler! But I have heard they’ve replaced all of these with regular AC- thank goodness! The management was super helpful and always responsive. The area is really cute and quiet and close to the freeway. I was lucky to call this my first home!

We have been living here for the past year and we love it! The management (Lisa & Craig) is awesome. They are so quick to respond and fix any issue you might have in your apartment. They also take care really well the complete apartment complex. The green areas are great. On winter always clean sidewalks to walk safely. Pretty quiet place to live in. We love living here and will continue to enjoy it.
