Wow I don't even live at you're complex but I live in the neighborhood nearby and this morning at I'm going down the sidewalk there's this idiot that parked on the sidewalk.. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and let's just say I'm not to happy about this thankfully I could go into your parking lot to go around this idiot. I will be calling WVCPD to report this for doing it but this is an idiot move if I wasn't in a hurry to get to the bus stop to get to work I would've stayed and called PD for this and waited but that would've made me late for work. TELL YOUR TENANTS NOT TO PARK ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS. THERE'S MANY DISABLED PEOPLE IN THE AREA IN WHEELCHAIRS AND I'M SURE LIKE ME THEY WOULD BE REALLY MAD. SO IF YOU'RE THE IDIOT DRIVER OF THIS CAR AND YOU SEE THIS MOVE YOU'RE DAMN CAR. UPDATE: PD WAS CALLED AND THEY WILL COME OUT TO SEE..
