These apartments are really old, maintenance and office staff are really bad at coming to fix things when they break, they take more than 2 weeks to come take a look at anything. Don’t recommend these apartments at all, just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out.

Wow I don't even live at you're complex but I live in the neighborhood nearby and this morning at I'm going down the sidewalk there's this idiot that parked on the sidewalk.. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and let's just say I'm not to happy about this thankfully I could go into your parking lot to go around this idiot. I will be calling WVCPD to report this for doing it but this is an idiot move if I wasn't in a hurry to get to the bus stop to get to work I would've stayed and called PD for this and waited but that would've made me late for work. TELL YOUR TENANTS NOT TO PARK ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS. THERE'S MANY DISABLED PEOPLE IN THE AREA IN WHEELCHAIRS AND I'M SURE LIKE ME THEY WOULD BE REALLY MAD. SO IF YOU'RE THE IDIOT DRIVER OF THIS CAR AND YOU SEE THIS MOVE YOU'RE DAMN CAR. UPDATE: PD WAS CALLED AND THEY WILL COME OUT TO SEE..

Quick response from the office staff we just moved here we had couple issue because of how old building is but very fast response and great people hope it stays great 💯😁

I've been trying to call the office all day today, no answer and the messages are full so i can't leave a message. I've also emailed earlier and have had no response. I have arthritis so it's hard for me to get around to the office. Can you please answer your phone! Also they raise the rent even with a signed lease! Read your lease. It's income restricted and they just add extra rent when they want to!

Great place to live in. new manager has kept the place in shape very well. the only pet peeve that bothers me is there's poop on the grass a little bit and when I moved into my house with my parents we notice that there is mold in the vents probably never taken care of by the previous owners but it's cleaned and it's now A-OK all soldiers of big lump of grass and a dead spot that will not become green
