Deanna really helped me today with finding my package! She is always such a great help whenever I come into the office!

At the beginning of the year I had issues with my key working for my door to lock and unlock it. I had to go up to the office around 10 times before they finally figured out what was wrong and fixed my key. I also have been having issues with my hot water. The water in my bathroom isn't hot and doesn't turn hot no matter how long I leave the water on or what time of day I chose to take a shower. I have called and then had my parents call because they never fixed it. Living with no hot water in my opinion is unlivable because the water is so cold that I can't take a shower and have to go to a friends house to shower. They don't seem to care enough to even try to fix the problem. If I'm being honest I say don't move here because the front office really doesn't care about you as a resident and will tell you they're fixing something when they're not.
