I recently toured 64 Forty Apartments and was shown around by Jasmine, the property manager. She was very kind, welcoming, and professional. Apartment hunting can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jasmine made the whole process simple and easy to understand. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to answer my questions.

Dear 64 Forty Management, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the handling of my apartment lease. One day before my scheduled move-in date, I was informed that the apartment was not ready due to construction delays, and no estimated completion date was provided. This last-minute notice has caused significant disruption. Over the past two weeks, I have attempted multiple times to contact your office by phone and email. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response. Your voicemail is consistently full, and my emails remain unanswered. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I ask that you contact me immediately or provide a reliable way for me to reach your office. Please treat this matter as urgent.

I understand that these are new apartments, but 300 DOLLARS PER MONTH FOR EACH PARKING SPOT? That's insane! Even luxury apartments don't charge such a ridiculous amount. We have 2 cars, and paying 600 dollars a month for parking is unacceptable!

Do not waste your time here, I was expected to move in at the end of August and they last minute canceled my move in due to construction so I had to find a new place. I payed my first fee of a couple hundred dollars and haven’t gotten it back in 36 days when they said it would be 21. Very frustrating people to work with.

Newly constructed building with good amenities- everything looks brand new and great. Amazing staff service, Amber and Jasmine were very helpful!
