moved in about a week ago and Sean who i'm assuming is the leasing manager was a great guy and super helpful during the process of moving in. he had answers to all the questions i had about the building and its amenities. whenever i walk through the front lobby i am greeted by Sean and always feel welcomed.

Moved in back in November of last year, it was a lengthy process to get in but Izzy was my point of contact. He was super helpful and communicated well. Since moving in Sean and Chris at the front have always been helpful with answering any questions or resolving any issues that have come up. The building is beautiful, new and clean. I love the area. Neighbors are all friendly and approachable which is nice. The only reason this isn’t a five star review; parking spaces in the garage are limited and honestly very pricey!

lived here for a few months now and it’s been great! sean is always so welcoming and friendly when walking through the lobby and izzy helped us out when we first moved in. this place is a perfect starting place for my bf and i and everyone who works here is so considerate and kind! if you ever need help with anything they are fast responding and efficient.

I am thrilled to be a new resident with 64 forty. Sean assisted me in the process of viewing my unit, giving me a tour of the building, as well as signing my lease. He was so helpful since the day I walked in the door with interest of seeing what they had to offer. First he listed all the floor plan options and prices thoroughly and then let me decide what was fitting for me. After a decision was made he showed me various options with different balcony and courtyard views. The gym and rooftop are very nice. Sean is also very responsive to requests and his emails. He fixes problems promptly. I have had the chance to interact with other residents and they are very welcoming and kind as well. Looking forward to the year to come :)

I had a seamless and easy move in process coming into 64 Forty Apartments. Sean was great help and knowledgeable about the place. He was able to answer all my questions I had regarding move in and applications. Even after move in he is available in the office for any concerns. Overall, very happy with the new building, amenities, and the team.
