I wanted to take a moment to thank Angela for assisting me while I was on the property. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire interaction. She made everything smooth and easy, and I truly appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help.
It’s always great to deal with someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to provide excellent service. Thank you again, Angela!

I have truly loved living at Gravity over the past nine months. From day one, the entire team has been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely warm. You can tell they care about the community and the residents who live here.
The resident events are thoughtfully planned and always so enjoyable, which really adds to the sense of community. The building is consistently being updated and improved, and communication is always clear and timely whenever something is out of order, which is to be expected in any building. I appreciate being kept informed and never left guessing.
Overall, this has been a great place to call home. I genuinely enjoy living here and plan to renew my lease when it is up in a couple of months.

Living at Gravity has been a great experience. The community has a fun, social vibe, and the staff is honestly one of the best parts , they’re friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. I also really appreciate how often they put together events and gatherings. It’s such a nice touch and makes it easy to get to know your neighbors and feel like you’re part of a community. Overall, Gravity has a positive, lively atmosphere that really makes it feel like home!

Over priced the hallways make it feel like a prison no decor at all. The building it self is always breaking down. You will probably get stuck outside the garage at midnight hoping it opens but it's breaks so often you never know. The whole area feels like low income housing especially since they don't take care of any of the lawn areas around the outside.the staff are actually nice. Expect Amber who specifically threatened me specifically by saying that "gravity has expensive laywers and they will force me out and there was nothing I could do. They even refused my payments and then suddenly text me a week before the court date suddenly asking if we can drop the case and I do a payment plan after several months of telling me I wouldn't be allowed to stay. I spent so much money just to be treated poorly. Honestly if your gonna pay 3k a month, which is crazy cuz the rent prices have gone up in just the 2 years since I've been there, but if you are then I suggest you find a place that at the very least can decorate the hallways with wall paper. Also the trash is a big issue they constantly have trash in the halls which makes the walk to your place smell bad. Also the walls are thin. I am not sure why anyone would pay 3k a month for this place but my dumb self fell for it so I just wanted to give an honest review just incase they try to trick you as well. I had quit a few very angry neighbors because when your paying that much in rent what is there to be happy about? Oh and since they want to get on here and call me a liar instead of just apologizing I will be posting my proof of residency. Again a lot of people did not enjoy they stay but they are cool don't get me wrong the events are cute. Also y'all reaction is crazy you didn't address any of the concerns to the building. I'm glad y'all know about it and simply ignore it whenever brought up.

My wife and I lived at Gravity Apartments on Mission Gorge Place for over three years and recently moved out after buying a home in San Diego. We wanted to share our honest, first-hand experience for anyone thinking about making this community their home.
While our experience was initially positive, the condition of the building and our apartment gradually declined year after year. Here are a few things future residents should keep in mind.
Items to be aware of:
1. Elevators are frequently and unpredictably out of service, often with no clear timetable posted for repairs. Even when operational, some elevators shake significantly. On one occasion, the garage elevator dropped uncontrollably from the fifth floor to the first floor. I reported this to the front office at the time, but no follow-up action was taken.
2. Packages are routinely stolen from the mailroom.
3. Both garage doors frequently break and are often left open for extended periods, leaving parked vehicles easily accessible to anyone passing by.
4. Residents are required to pay a mandatory concierge trash service fee, yet the service is frequently late or misses scheduled pickups entirely.
5. The building often smells strongly of dog urine and feces, particularly near the eastern entrance.
6. The pizza oven has been out of service for years.
7. The BBQ grills are missing starter buttons and are filled with old food residue and debris.
8. Water service to the entire building has been shut off multiple times over the past few years, often for extended periods.
10. Regardless of how thoroughly you clean when moving out, residents are still charged a mandatory cleaning fee to “sanitize” the apartment. Tenants are also required to pull out all large - high voltage appliances and clean behind them, with penalties assessed if this is not done. These are tasks most reasonable people would expect to be standard operating costs for a rental property, but that is not the case at Gravity. Instead, residents should expect to be nickel-and-dimed during move-out as management seeks to return the unit to like-new condition on your dime.
I fully expect the property manager to respond to this review with something along the lines of “we’d like to set the record straight” or “we’d like to provide additional transparency.” In my view, that’s simply wordsmithing — or, as some might say, putting lipstick on a pig. In my opinion, this property is an absolute tire fire. Don’t just take my word for it: if you decide to tour the property, test everything and look in places you might not think to check at first glance. It won’t take long to notice the smell of rotting garbage, urine, and feces.
