Roaches everywhere and construction everywhere. They have pest control coming once a week treating different apartments to no effect. They will not tell you about that, but you will see the pest control trucks there every week. Construction blocks the only entrance all the time. They also take up all of the street parking and park in the complex in the fire zones making it difficult to leave or enter when there's a car going the opposite direction. There's always signs on the street blocking parking for the construction crews. Don't move here.

Don’t move here they don’t tell you about the construction before signing lease. They work Monday through Sunday at times which is taking sleep away from me since they start at 7am sharp. I also get no natural sunlight in my room anymore I can’t wait till my lease ends. Also they don’t care if you complain.

The complex itself is very pretty. The units are spacious and appliances are modern. Where they fall short is more management side. From sitting with no AC in the middle of the summer for a month, to owners building a new complex right next door and taking away our parking spots in our underground garage (due to failure to plan for parking ahead of time), to random power outages (some warned ahead of time but most happening with no warning), there is little that is making me want to stay after my lease is complete. Management doesn't answer their phone when they aren't in office (which he's only in office twice a week and on call the other three days) and the days that he's supposed to be in, his office door will be closed with no one answering when you knock. There's one maintenance person for multiple complexes who is great, but far over worked. It shouldn't take a month to fix a leaking AC unit when its in the 90s outside.
