if you are considering renting here - don’t. The worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Before moving in I let them know I would be working from home a lot. I guess they just wanted the room filled but they neglected to let me know there would be 3 entire new apartment complexes being built - starting the day I moved in, and it will continue until the day I move out. This is everyday except Sunday, 6:30am, directly outside this complex. If you want to sleep past 6:30am ever, don’t move in here. The gate is constantly blocked due to the construction, my personal garage is also often blocked and I need to tell the workers to move to back out of my own garage. The view I did have from my window and my balcony is now just another massive apartment complex, and when they are done being built people will be able to peer into your room. This isn’t even taking into account the other little things with the apartment itself, such as all my doors don’t fully close, need to use the dryer 3/4 times to dry anything, the fact that construction workers can now see directly into my bathroom, an absolutely disgusting sink smell from the drain hole since move in, a toilet that doesn’t flush properly, you name it. There are plenty of better places to live. Save yourself the torture of this below average living space, predatory management, and constant construction.

Living here for the past year has been the worst experience I've had since moving to San Diego. First of all, someone blasts bass-heavy music in the middle of the night, and I frequently hear the sound of dumbbells dropping from a home gym late at night. The downstairs neighbor, who actually lives below me despite being on the second floor, is the worst—just vacuuming during the day results in them banging the ceiling with a stick or something. While most of these problems stem from how thin the walls are, I also felt that the general behavior of the residents was extremely low. On top of that, I’ve had packages stolen twice, and the management did nothing about it. If you're choosing this place just because the rent is slightly cheaper or because it's a new building, I think you'll regret it. As others have mentioned, the noise and dust from construction in the morning is terrible—I genuinely felt it was bad for my health. The balcony was unbelievably dirty when I was moving out.

I'd rate it a 3.5 if I could. Nice units, management is responsive, not to bad on move-out charges. There is a lot of construction going on right now mon-sat which is noisy. Walls are pretty thin, so depending on how your upstairs neighbors are, this place is either amazing or terrible. Overall I enjoyed living here for a year

Deceiving management, agreements were not honored multiple times, resulting in major headaches and unexpected expenses from our end, the units are nice, location is great, but the property managers lack of responsibility pushed me to break my lease early with a bitter taste in my mouth.
