I love the 2bed unit here. Rafael is very, very friendly. Very close to SDSU.

I moved in on April 5th, approximately 2 months ago. I must say I am impressed with these apartments and the high maintenance they keep up on to make this place feel very comfortable and looking great. The rent is on the high side but is still very reasonable considering it's San Diego.

As someone who works in property management, I know communication is important. I lived at Parkview Terrace for a year. The rents increased significantly so I decided to move out. The months leading up to the move out, the Manager Kristine, was never there. Emails would be sent and voicemails left with zero response. She was never in the office, the phone would just ring. An answering service outside of San Diego even took the call once. My roommate and I had questions regarding move out procedure and expectations and could never ask them. This is unacceptable behavior. If a manager is going to be out of the office long term, someone should be covering to follow up with residents.

Lived there for 3+ years and me in my roommates were in love with this place until the property manager Kristine took over . She was NEVER at the property , we would try to contact her via email and she would take WEEKS to reply . We had a lot of issues in the process of moving out and they literally kicked us to the curb and screwed us over . The buildings were never cleaned , the gates would go weeks without working ! We had really difficult neighbors and we would express our concerns to her as well as our safety felt jeopardize and she never did anything about it ! Honestly it’s way to expensive for the the service they provide! There’s plenty of better apartments in San Diego for the same price !

Lived here for a while now, A lot of annoying neighbors, maintenance on apartments are needed and not often provided. They are spraying plants with insecticide, killing dozens upon dozens of bees. Walked home last night to see them dieing on the sidewalk. Management, do better!
