I had an issue at the beginning of my stay and initially left a negative review, but the team responded quickly and handled it efficiently. In the end, the situation was resolved and my overall experience was good. However, communication with the office can be limited when you need assistance, and the elevator was out of service for part of my rental.

I have loved my experience at Paseo, the staff and everyone have been so patient being able to answer me and my parents questions regarding rent and utilities and they really make us feel at home! I have even loved all the little goodies they provide for us during holidays, they really make us feel special and at home here at SDSU. I recommend Paseo for lower classmen looking for something convenient for their Junior and Senior years, it’s highly worth it and campus is like 5 minutes of a walk and I guarantee you’ll be able to get to your classes on time for where Paseo is located! I even recommended Paseo to a friend and they absolutely love it as well!

Paseo Place has an unbeatable location and such a great community vibe! I really enjoy all the resident events they host, they make it easy to meet people and feel connected. Natalie in the leasing office is always so helpful, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s been an amazing experience!

Living at Paseo Place has been great! The front desk is always super friendly and quick to help whenever I have a question, which makes day-to-day life so much easier. The community here has a really welcoming vibe, and the amenities make it even better. Everything about living here has been smooth and stress-free, and it’s been really convenient while going to class!

I’ve had a great experience living at Paseo Place. The front desk is very friendly and helpful in answering questions I had when I first moved in. The maintenance team is very professional, and resolves work orders quickly. I’d say compared to a lot of SDSU apartments, they do a great job in keeping everything clean. It’s a big plus that it is right on campus too.
