So started looking at this location as the vibe is really good it’s walkable and busy which is what I prefer. The park social and the cafe etc. unfortunately I was not able to rent here as my sqft requirement was not in my price range as I look at retirement. But let me say that the leasing staff was amazing in helping me look for the perfect unit!!! They were very professional, accommodating etc. I can’t say enough about Cece and Kaii!!!!! Thanks so much for everything. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!!!

nice place but YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR PARKING SPOTS IN THE GARAGE AT ARIVA. I moved in on the 21st of February, and it's a beautiful unit, wonderful location, and has awesome amenities. The leasing agents are nice and they're "open" each day (keep in mind the person that you usually need to fix issues is always very busy/ will get back to you) . There's also not a working phone number unless you like to talk to AI in an endless loop that will not get you to a live person. -i purchased 2 parking spots and still have not recieved the 2nd one. The person to fix it is "working on it" since the 21st, but I can't get into the garage easily at this point anyways. - YOU CANNOT ALWAYS ACCESS YOUR PARKING SPOTS AT ARIVA. It's a gated property that allows access through the fobs/app. Since the 21st they said new fobs were ordered and that they're on the way. They told me to use the app, and that they would let me know when they come in. What they leave out is that the app goes down (three times now) and since the garage is underground the app cannot always open to allow you to open the actual gate to park in your assigned spot. If you can't get in, you have to sit and wait and make other residents uncomfortable by either asking you to let them in or following them through. And it's not like there's a phone number you can call to get some assistance, the only options are to wait for sobering else to come through or pay for street parking. - I have gone to the office nearly every day to ask for a fob. I asked if I could get a credit back to use street parking so I can easily access my home but they said no and just that "they're on the way". DON'T BELIEVE THEM ABOUT THE APP. There was another resident in the office talking about how they couldn't get in and even tried the maintenance emergency number and they wouldn't answer either. The staff is very probably really tired of seeing me at this point but I'm at a loss for what to do. Once they get now fobs/ actually help me, I'll be excited to love here because it's a nice place. -Additionally, my rent amount is wrong which I've also addressed twice now with no correction (I paid a prorated amount to move on and it's charging me for it again) which is about a 600$ extra fee (that I already paid) on my rent this month.
