I have been living here since April ‘25 and I really enjoy the location and my fellow neighbors. I’m good friends with a lot of people on the block now, it’s a really friendly area and it’s nice to beat the seattle freeze! For transparency: I’m also the current resident manager! I’ve loved living here with my little family … inner city living isn’t for everyone, but I enjoy being close to everything I love, and I find this neighborhood to be extremely charming. I’ve also lived on the hill for quite a few years so it isn’t my first apartment on the hill :)

I’ve loved staying here, big beautiful windows and cute patio. Walkable for anything you can think of and right next to Capitol Hill Link. Negative reviews seem exaggerated. New manager is on top of everything, the garbage situation was out of the control of the management, but other than that everything I had an issue with was resolved nearly instantly. Would definitely recommend.
