I have not moved in yet so cannot speak to the whole experience, but I had a lovely time working with Billy in the leasing office today. He was super helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to help me apply and sort through the entire process, even offering to stay late to accommodate me. If it's Billy that I continue to work with if/when any problems arise, I feel confident that I'll receive the support I need.

My boyfriend and I moved to the Shelton in Eastlake from Alaska, which was a big change for us! Billy has been wonderful from the very beginning. From our apartment tour onward, his communication has been clear, kind, and consistent. He’s followed up with us, checked in, and been transparent throughout the entire process. He’s also shared great recommendations for places to visit and things to do, which has been really helpful as we get settled in a new area. Billy has been a genuine pleasure to work with, and it’s always nice bumping into him snd having a quick chat.?
