I have not moved in yet so cannot speak to the whole experience, but I had a lovely time working with Billy in the leasing office today. He was super helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to help me apply and sort through the entire process, even offering to stay late to accommodate me. If it's Billy that I continue to work with if/when any problems arise, I feel confident that I'll receive the support I need.

My boyfriend and I moved to the Shelton in Eastlake from Alaska, which was a big change for us! Billy has been wonderful from the very beginning. From our apartment tour onward, his communication has been clear, kind, and consistent. He’s followed up with us, checked in, and been transparent throughout the entire process. He’s also shared great recommendations for places to visit and things to do, which has been really helpful as we get settled in a new area. Billy has been a genuine pleasure to work with, and it’s always nice bumping into him snd having a quick chat.😊

***UPDATE: NO UPDATE. They commented on my post only to ignore my emails/calls and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back/last month’s rent back. Currently getting legal involved***
I don’t usually post reviews, but this is the WORST experience I have ever had with an apartment. I had infested with ants, fruit flies, even a leak in my bathroom roof. The leak went from my bathroom to my studio kitchen, humid and smelled like a sewer. While they tried to work on my apartment, they left my apartment unlocked. It was so loud I also couldn’t stay there. They refused to compensate me for the month I wasn’t able to live in my apartment.
I had to live out early: It’s been 4 months since I moved out and I STILL have not received my deposit back. Absolutely horrible. I have photos of what my apartment looked like when I was still paying for it.
So disappointing. Avoid this headache and don’t live here.

I applied for an apartment here over a month ago and withdrew my application well within the specified window, still have not received refund on security deposit. No response from property manager/leasing agent, was told weeks ago that the "person responsible for issuing refunds is on leave". What kind of rationale is this? The staff here cannot manage the most basic financial responsibilities, would avoid at all costs.

I have been living here for a few years, and overall this is a nice apartment community. Eastlake is pleasant and quiet, and there is a dog park right by which is super convenient for any dog owners. The views from the rooftop are fantastic, and there is a grill station which is very sweet for summertime BBQ. There was a management change a few months back, which created some churn and delays around building communications etc but it feels like things are back into a rhythm now, and the folks at the leasing office (Jeremy, Angelica) and the maintenance folks (Mark, Steven) have been quite attentive and helpful recently.
