The grounds are always clean, well-maintained, and feel safe and welcoming. The management team is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here stress-free. Maintenance has been excellent — requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the maintenance staff is courteous and knowledgeable. It’s reassuring to know that any issues are addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-maintained community.

I’ve recently moved out but just want to say i had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. It truly feels like a comfortable and safe place to call home.

They have no complaint portal. So I leave it here. The building manager is unprofessional and rude. Leaving their work 2 hours before the schedule which troubled our tour, and they even did not say sorry. In a hurry to get off work, so even though what could be shown is clearly model units, they refuse to give me the tour of another unit using the excuse that there are still people inside. You don’t want to live in a build with such a horrible management and service—it is bad even before your rent.

It's literally the worst place I have ever lived. Half of the equipment in the gym is broken. The place is poorly managed, the communication is severely lacking, and the staff are not onsite regularly. The actual apartments are incredibly tiny; there is not a closet or an oven. The balconies are poorly designed, the floor is just a grate so there is no protection from the rain and if you drop something it will fall several stories. The price of the apartment is ridiculously high for how little you are getting. Their business practices are incredibly shady, they will take more money from you than what you agreed to pay. If I can prevent one person from making the same mistake and having to endure this place, I will feel content.
