scam parking garage. gives you a "fine" even if you pay for parking.
as the garage is too small for tow trucks, i will park here without paying from now on.

The design of this complex is ideal however, they attempted to pack it in an area that is far too small. This makes it difficult for people to visit because the parking garage is very cramped, hard to negotiate, and not sufficient to support the number of businesses in the complex. Street parking is available but this option usually requires visitors to walk quite a distance. The lack of planning for adequate parking is a major problem for anyone visiting the urgent care as well as for anyone with a disability or limitation regardless of which office is their destination. I'm sure it looked perfect on the drawing board but I doubt, at least I hope they agree, it did not turn out as they envisioned.

There is no public bathrooms and you can't access all the floors. My Mom's appt was quick. The biggest drawback is thsy don't have there own garage so good luck finding parking when it's busy downtown.

I attended a wedding reception here, but the party was a little too big for the size of the hall they rented. Depending on capacity, this is a really cool space! Easily accessible parking (for the area), and close to several hotels.
