It's close to school, so I don't need to spend much time commuting. I live in a studio apartment, and the room is just the right size for one person. The only issue was that it didn't come with a mattress when I moved in, which made things a bit inconvenient to deal with.

Changing my original opinion after having stayed here for more than one year. There were some frustrations upon moving in, but those were resolved quickly. Other issues I had throughout my stay, were typically resolved within one to two days.
The location is quite nice, just five minutes away from UW campus and 15 from the Link light rail.

Just moved in. I picked this place for price and convenience. Which it has pretty well.
On the amenities, it says furnished and bed, but there is no mattress. Transparency is always appreciated. Also the lights don't work.
Off to a great start.

It seems like they have good reviews... But I did not even get a chance to tour/get information on the place. I call the phone number that is posted here, some person answers and lets me know that a specialist from Aubrey Studios will call me back the day of to give me more information and possibly schedule a tour. They did not call me back. I do not like businesses that "promises" something and just blatantly forgets about it and ignores it. They will not be getting my business or be recommended to anyone that I know that is going to UW.

Responding to your "system error" excuse, while I was waiting for your call, we already found another place that responded quickly. Thank you

Management is quick to respond and kind. The one thing that wasn’t great was the fact that they put one paper under the packages notifying us that we had to leave our apartments for four hours. I did not see this because it was under mail and I don’t think it was a fair notice. Other than that, this was a good micro studio.

Do you enjoy living in a building where the electricity constantly flickers and you have no hot water some days? Do you enjoy paying relatively exorbitant amounts amounts of money for a unit where management staff changes frequently and nobody cares anymore because they've moved on to promoting another, more expensive building? Do you like sharing one functional and one frequently broken set of laundry machines with forty other people? Do you like living out of a microwave? If so, this is the place for you. If you have any other choice, avoid these buildings like the plague. Source: lived in Aubrey for two years.
