I've had a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. Communication is consistently poor - emails and maintenance requests go unanswered for days or weeks.
When issues finally get addressed, they're handled carelessly or only temporarily fixed. The staff often seem unhelpful, dismissive and cold. I've lived in other apartment
communities in Seattle and never experienced this level of disorganization. I would not recommend renting here. It is not worth the price. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I told the leasing office crew I’ll be moving in on Sep 28th. No one warned me anything. But when I got here, no one is at the leasing office. And told me I need to wait 1.5 hr for someone on call to get back so I can get my apartment keys. I just got off the plane and pretty tired from the flight. Very disappoint moving-in process :(

My neighbors’ alarm has been beeping for every 30seconds, this issue is happening for a week already. I have reached out to the office and sent service request, but this issue is still existing. The first time I reached out to the office, the person says they are going to check it, but nothing been done! The second time I ask for help, another person literally said there is nothing you guys can do except that the unit tenant send a request by themselves, but they are not at home! I don’t know who else I can go for help. I’m a really light sleeper, i really cant deal with this for the whole summer and wait until the tenant to come back to solve this issue.

I have lived here as well as some of my friends for a while now and we love it. The facilities are typically very clean and the hallways always smell really nice. Great views on the roof which also has a lot of hangout space for parties, gatherings or just hanging out with friends. The staff are all super nice and helpful and they always have fun events planned such as raffles and community get togethers usually with local food vendors. I would definitely recommend bridges to anyone looking for an affordable and community-driven apartment.

You’ll LOVE living here if you love trash! There has been a trash issue the entire time I’ve lived here. The first floor constantly fills with trash overflowing from the trash chute, and the recycling bins get taken away so often that people more often than not throw trash on the ground of the parking garage. The units themselves are nice and new, but the management is careless and not responsive to any problems. The rooftop is great unless you have a sense of smell - no one ever cleans up after their pets and the smell is horrible. Not the best housing choice.
