My refund, which was legally required to be returned within 21 days under Washington State law, was delayed for approximately eight months. I had to follow up constantly with no clear communication. Every time I contacted them, I was forced to re-explain everything from the beginning since they forgot everything about what I have mentioned about - this happened over 20 times. Only after I mentioned hiring a “lawyer” did they suddenly process the refund, and even then, they miscalculated the amount and sent two separate checks. No apology. No accountability. Extremely unprofessional experience. Don’t waste your time.

We took a tour here and it is an absolutely beautiful property. The staff was so nice. Especially Koli, she was soooo knowledgeable, informative and always so nice! I dont know how she does it. Definitely recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with how management handled my stolen package. My package went missing from the building’s “secure” package area and the only thing they did was tell me to file a police report. They never replied to my email (which feels intentional — like they don’t want a paper trail). I asked them to send out a community email to other residents to keep an eye out, and they never did. I also asked them to call me whether it was found or not — no call, no follow-up. Yet they consistently call me about renewing my lease. There are cameras in the package room, but somehow packages still disappear with no accountability. This is not the level of security or management support you’d expect.

I had one of the worst rental experiences with HERE Seattle and their agent Uhomes. Before signing the lease, the agent showed us an official floor plan and repeatedly confirmed that the unit would have two windows in Room A, a bathroom window in Room B, and that the layout and size matched the plan. These details were the main reasons why my roommate and I decided to rent here. However, after moving in, we were shocked to find that the actual apartment was completely different from what was promised: • Room A has only one window and almost no natural light. • Room B’s bathroom has no window at all, and the room is much smaller than described. • The overall layout does not match the floor plan we were given. To make matters worse, the apartment was delivered in a very dirty condition, with hair and debris in drawers, stains and hair in the bathtub, and dusty surfaces everywhere. I suffer from claustrophobia, and the lack of windows and light has made my mental health much worse — I experience anxiety and frequent nightmares. We also have to spend extra money on temporary accommodation while looking for alternatives. The agency admitted they had “confirmed the unit layout with the property” before booking, but they have not provided any solution. We asked for a unit change, rent reduction, or lease termination without penalty, but nothing has been resolved. I also emailed the apartment management several times, but they completely ignored my messages and never responded. ⚠️ If you care about honesty, accurate information, and basic living conditions, I strongly recommend avoiding this property and this agency. They misrepresented the apartment, ignored our concerns, and provided unacceptable service. I really wanted to respond to HERE Seattle’s comment, but since I can’t reply directly, I can only update my rating. Their office never picks up the phone — ever. I emailed them six or seven times across three weeks, and all I got back was one short reply saying there were no available 2b2b units and they couldn’t help us switch rooms. I’ve talked to several classmates about living here, and honestly, everyone has heard how bad this place is. Once you move in, good luck getting anyone to answer your emails — they just stop responding completely. It’s honestly terrible.

I have been living at HERE for over a month now and can confidently say that this place is great! Awesome staff, living spaces, and amenities. Abby has been incredibly helpful during the move in process and after. She's professional, thoughtful, and incredibly nice! 10/10 great work!
